Our policy for printing solutions lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a re-print on your order. 

To be eligible for a re-print, your item must appear different than what you approved online at the time of purchase, or, if there was damage during shipping. Photos of the damage or inconsistent printing are mandatory to be eligible for a re-print.

Logo designs, design services, digital marketing services and sale items are all exempt from being returned.

To complete your re-print, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
